THE digital „killing“ of my person HAS begun. Well, let’s accept the „challenge“

„After the Second World War, it was Germany’s long ascent that was mastered by women and men together. The economy and cities had to be rebuilt and there was a shortage of almost everything. Women in particular carried a heavy burden, as many men had died at the front, perished in prison camps or gone missing during the war. Food was scarce and was often only traded in exchange for other goods. There was a lack of raw materials and supplies for the population were severely limited. Conditions were difficult and people had to support each other in order to rebuild the country

During this time, it was recognised that the economy should not only serve the individual, but also society. There was an awareness that economic success not only meant individual prosperity, but also responsibility towards the community. This principle was discussed and propagated by various economic greats and thinkers.

A well-known quote that epitomises this idea comes from John F. Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States. He said: „Ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country.“ This call for active participation and contribution to society reflects an awareness that prosperity and success should not only benefit the individual, but everyone“
