Vatanda\u015flar birbirlerini k\u0131rmadan, birbirlerinin hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine sayg\u0131 duyarak ya\u015famal\u0131d\u0131rlar. Bu memlekette esenli\u011fi sa\u011flar ve asl\u0131nda geli\u015fmenin, kalk\u0131nman\u0131n ve demokrasinin de en \u00f6nemli \u015fartlar\u0131ndand\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>   Cihanda bar\u0131\u015f ise, devletlerin aralar\u0131ndaki \u00e7eki\u015fmeleri, \u00e7e\u015fitli anla\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ferek, anla\u015farak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemeleridir, insanl\u0131k ideali ancak b\u00f6yle ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilir. Devletleraras\u0131 sava\u015flar sadece ac\u0131, kan, g\u00f6zya\u015f\u0131 ve fel\u00e2ketler getirir, kazananlar da pek \u00e7ok \u015feylerini yitirmi\u015f olurlar, \u00f6yleyse ancak ve ancak son \u00e7are olarak sava\u015fa gidilmelidir. Esas olan sava\u015f de\u011fil, bar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
