\u201cYoksulluk, \u00e7ok boyutlu, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesi zor, g\u00f6receli bir kavram olup hem ekonomik hem de ekonomik olmayan ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 yeterince kar\u015f\u0131layamama durumudur. Ayr\u0131ca hastal\u0131k, sakatl\u0131k, \u00f6l\u00fcm, do\u011fal afet gibi ekonomik durumu etkileyen riskler de yoksullu\u011fun daha fazla hissedilmesine yol a\u00e7arak g\u00fcvenlik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 do\u011furmaktad\u0131r. Ba\u015fka bir ifadeyle yoksulluk, ekonomik oldu\u011fu kadar sosyal ve manevi nitelikteki ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 da kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, hem ekonomik hem de sosyolojik bir sorun halini almaktad\u0131r. Yoksullu\u011fun en temel nedenlerinden biri, artan milli gelirin bireylere yans\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131nda meydana gelen adaletsizliktir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde geli\u015fmi\u015flik derecesi ne olursa olsun t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada yoksulluk sorunu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi gereken \u00f6ncelikli sorun halini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. D\u00fcnyada ve T\u00fcrkiye’de uygulanan ekonomik politikalar, ekonomik ve politik istikrars\u0131zl\u0131klar yoksullu\u011fu derinle\u015ftirirken sosyal e\u015fitsizli\u011fi de artt\u0131rmakta ve bu olumsuzluklar en \u00e7ok kad\u0131nlar\u0131 etkilemektedir. Toplumun kad\u0131n\u0131 sadece bir ev kad\u0131n\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rmesi, kad\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fcne kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlamakta, ekonomik ve sosyal g\u00fcvensizli\u011fe itmektedir. Cinsiyete dayal\u0131 bu i\u015fb\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde kad\u0131n\u0131n temel g\u00f6revinin iyi bir ev kad\u0131n\u0131, iyi bir anne, iyi bir e\u015f olmak olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131na girerek para kazanmas\u0131nda ikincil stat\u00fcde kalmas\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r. Ev i\u00e7inde yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n hi\u00e7bir \u00fccrete ve sosyal g\u00fcvenli\u011fe tabi olmamas\u0131 da kad\u0131n eme\u011fini de\u011fersiz k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n baz\u0131 i\u015flere al\u0131n\u0131p baz\u0131 i\u015flere al\u0131nmamalar\u0131, \u00fccret ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, i\u015fe giri\u015fte ve i\u015fyerinde farkl\u0131 muameleye tabi tutulmalar\u0131, i\u015ften ilk \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan olmalar\u0131 gibi sorunlar da kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131na dahil olamay\u0131p, enformel sekt\u00f6rlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na neden olmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n yoksullu\u011funun olu\u015fmas\u0131nda en \u00f6nemli etkenlerden biri de insani geli\u015fmenin sa\u011flanamamas\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye’de kad\u0131n\u0131n \u0130nsani Geli\u015fme Endeksi de\u011feri olduk\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr. Bu oran\u0131 geriye \u00e7eken unsurlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda e\u011fitim gelmektedir. Kad\u0131nlar e\u011fitim olanaklar\u0131ndan tam olarak yararlanamamaktad\u0131r. Bu durum kad\u0131n ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00e7ocu\u011fun yeterli ve do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde e\u011fitilememesine neden olmakta, geli\u015fmeden yeterince pay alamamas\u0131 sonucunu do\u011furmaktad\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131n e\u011fitimine yeterince \u00f6nem verilmemesi gelir da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131nda var olan e\u015fitsizli\u011fi daha da artt\u0131rarak yoksullu\u011fun derinle\u015fmesine yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131nda istihdam imkan\u0131n\u0131n, i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc verimlili\u011finin artt\u0131r\u0131labilmesi ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla yoksullu\u011funun azalt\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in kad\u0131n\u0131n e\u011fitim oran\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fckseltilmesi, kaynak ve f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada cinsiyete dayanan e\u015fitsizli\u011fin \u00fczerinde durulacak, kad\u0131n yoksullu\u011funun nedenleri ve bunun \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ebilmek i\u00e7in tutarl\u0131 politikalar sunulacakt\u0131r.\u201c<\/p>\n

Nowadays, poverty problem become a prior problem need to be solved in any case of the development degree in a whole world. Economical politics, economic and political unstabilities implemented in Turkey and world, deepen the poverty and increase the social inequality and these negations affect the women in a maximum degree. Society see the women only as a hausewife, good mother, goog wife in division of labour based on gender, causing a secondary status in business life and earning money. No cost studies and social security in the House, of course, also for the support of women makes it worthless. Some women prefer not to be imported into some stuff, wage discrimination, it is subject to different treatment in the workplace and at the entrance of the eclipses, they extracted the first work and issues such as women’s work in the informal sectors, not included in the working life. One of the most important factors in the formation of women’s poverty in the absence of human development. The value of the human development index of women in Turkey is quite low. This ratio of the elements at the beginning of the training that comes back. Women benefit from training opportunities fully. I n this case, women and hence the child enough and accurately enough to share the development of education cause inability of improperly. There’s not enough emphasis on the education of women is increasing poverty, inequality in the distribution of income, further deepening.
