F\u0131trat kelimesi Kur\u2019an\u2019da sadece bu \u00e2yette ge\u00e7er. Ayn\u0131 k\u00f6kten gelen fetara fiili \u201cyaratt\u0131\u201d ve f\u00e2t\u0131r ismi de \u201cyaratan\u201d anlam\u0131nda olmak \u00fczere defalarca kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00f6zl\u00fckte \u201cilk yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f hali, temiz ve asl\u00ee tabiat\u201d anlam\u0131na gelen f\u0131trat, be\u015fer\u00ee varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n Allah\u2019\u0131n yaratma fiili sonucunda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7taki saf ve asl\u00ee halini ifade eden ahl\u00e2k ve psikoloji ile ilgili bir terimdir. Kur\u2019an\u2019da ve Hz. Peygamber\u2019in hadislerinde f\u0131trat kelimesinin, insan ki\u015fili\u011finin \u00e7evre etkilerinden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak var olan \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc ve b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlar i\u00e7in ortak ve genel olan olu\u015fum ve geli\u015fim kapasitesini belirtmek \u00fczere kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Tek tek her bir insan\u0131n geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi ki\u015filik \u00f6zellikleri bu ortak f\u0131trattan beslenir. \u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee \u00f6\u011fretiye g\u00f6re insan\u0131n ilk yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f durumu, temiz ve g\u00fcnahs\u0131z, geli\u015fme ve olgunla\u015fmaya haz\u0131r ve elveri\u015fli, insan olman\u0131n ve insanca ya\u015faman\u0131n gerektirdi\u011fi b\u00fct\u00fcn imk\u00e2n ve \u00f6zellikleri b\u00fcnyesinde ta\u015f\u0131yan bir potansiyel taml\u0131\u011fa sahiptir. \u0130nsan f\u0131trat\u0131nda Allah\u2019\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve birli\u011fini tan\u0131maya do\u011fru tabii bir e\u011filim vard\u0131r. Hatta \u0130sl\u00e2m \u00e2limleri genellikle, bu e\u011filimin ilk yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f an\u0131nda insanla Allah aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f temsil\u00ee s\u00f6zle\u015fme ile ilintili oldu\u011fu kanaatindedirler (bu konudaki yorumlar i\u00e7in bk. A\u2018r\u00e2f 7\/172-173). Din duygusu insan f\u0131trat\u0131n\u0131n temel bir \u00f6zelli\u011fi olmakla beraber, bu kendili\u011finden uyan\u0131p geli\u015fmez. Zira insanda haz\u0131r bir Allah inanc\u0131 de\u011fil, onu bu inanca g\u00f6t\u00fcrecek kabiliyet ve imk\u00e2nlar vard\u0131r. \u0130nsan kendi i\u00e7 d\u00fcnyas\u0131 veya d\u0131\u015f \u00e2lem \u00fczerinde derinlemesine bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye koyuldu\u011funda yahut 33. \u00e2yette ve Kur\u2019an-\u0131 Ker\u00eem\u2019in ba\u015fka yerlerinde (bk. En\u2018\u00e2m 6\/63-64; Y\u00fbnus 10\/12, 21-23; Lokm\u00e2n 31\/32; Z\u00fcmer 39\/49) de\u011finildi\u011fi \u00fczere, \u00e7aresizlik ve s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 i\u00e7inde bocalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir anda bu duygunun belirtileri a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6zlenir. Fakat bu tabii e\u011filimin ki\u015filik \u00e7ap\u0131nda yap\u0131lanmas\u0131 ve kal\u0131c\u0131 bir \u00f6zellik halini almas\u0131, i\u00e7tenlikle ortaya konacak ciddi bir aray\u0131\u015f ve \u00e7abayla birlikte, uygun bir \u00e7evrede ger\u00e7ekle\u015febilir. Nitekim vaktiyle bir\u00e7ok cana k\u0131yd\u0131ktan sonra bundan pi\u015fmanl\u0131k duyup t\u00f6vbe etmek isteyen kimseye o d\u00f6nemdeki peygamberin \u00e7evresini de\u011fi\u015ftirmeyi tavsiye etti\u011fini belirten Res\u00fbl-i Ekrem bu hususa i\u015faret etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Yine Hz. Peygamber\u2019in \u015fu hadisi, din duygusunun f\u0131tr\u00ee oldu\u011funu, fakat ki\u015finin i\u00e7inde yeti\u015fti\u011fi \u00e7evrenin ve \u00f6zellikle ailenin bu duygunun \u015fekillenmesi ve geli\u015fmesinde veya ge\u00e7ici olarak yahut b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle k\u00f6relmesinde \u00f6nemli etkiye sahip bulundu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir: \u201cHer \u00e7ocuk f\u0131trat \u00fczere do\u011far. Sonra ana babas\u0131 onu yahudi, h\u0131ristiyan veya Mec\u00fbs\u00ee yapar\u201d (Buh\u00e2r\u00ee, \u201cCen\u00e2iz\u201d, 80, 93; M\u00fcslim, \u201cKader\u201d, 22-25; hadisin de\u011fi\u015fik yorumlar\u0131 ve bu vesileyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan baz\u0131 f\u0131k\u0131h ve kel\u00e2m problemleri hakk\u0131nda \u00f6zet bilgi i\u00e7in bk. D. B. Macdonald, \u201cF\u0131tra\u201d, \u0130A, IV, 627-628). Bir ba\u015fka hadiste de \u00e7ocu\u011fun konu\u015fmaya ba\u015flay\u0131ncaya kadar f\u0131trat\u0131n\u0131 korudu\u011fu belirtilerek (M\u00fcsned, IV, 24) k\u00fclt\u00fcr de\u011ferleriyle ili\u015fki kurman\u0131n en \u00f6nemli vas\u0131tas\u0131 olan dilin bu konudaki etkisine i\u015faret edilmi\u015ftir. \u0130sl\u00e2m bilginlerine g\u00f6re g\u00f6ze g\u00f6rme kabiliyeti verildi\u011fi gibi f\u0131trata da Allah\u2019\u0131 tan\u0131ma ve O\u2019na kul olma yatk\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 verilmi\u015ftir. Hen\u00fcz d\u0131\u015f tesirlerin etkilemedi\u011fi ve bozmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 f\u0131trat\u0131n y\u00f6n\u00fc hayra, iyiye ve Allah\u2019\u0131n birli\u011fini tan\u0131maya y\u00f6neliktir. F\u0131trat\u0131n f\u00e2t\u0131r\u0131na (yarat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131na) del\u00e2leti tabii oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in her insan\u0131n f\u0131trat\u0131nda, vicdan\u0131n\u0131n derinliklerinde bir hak duygusu ve m\u00e2rifetullah gizlidir. Ancak nas\u0131l ki bir hastal\u0131k veya bir engel sebebiyle ge\u00e7ici veya s\u00fcrekli olarak g\u00f6z\u00fcn g\u00f6rmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmuyorsa, f\u0131trat da d\u0131\u015f etkilerle ger\u00e7ek kabiliyet ve hedefinden uza\u011fa d\u00fc\u015febilir. Bir ba\u015fka anlat\u0131mla, f\u0131trat\u0131n belirleyici bir \u00f6zelli\u011fi varsa da zorlay\u0131c\u0131 bir etkisi yoktur; o daha \u00e7ok h\u00e2ric\u00ee tesirlere g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fik \u015fekiller al\u0131r. Bu sebeple, insandaki \u00f6fke, \u015fehvet, menfaat d\u00fc\u015fk\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi e\u011filimlerin de varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dikkate alan \u0130sl\u00e2m ahl\u00e2k\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131, din\u00ee ve ahl\u00e2k\u00ee kurtulu\u015f i\u00e7in tek ba\u015f\u0131na f\u0131trat\u0131n yeterli olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, do\u011fru dine y\u00f6neltecek bir peygambere ve ayr\u0131ca insan\u0131n akl\u0131n\u0131 ve iradesini geli\u015ftirmesi i\u00e7in samimi bir \u00e7aba ortaya koymas\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 bulundu\u011funu belirtmi\u015flerdir. \u0130\u015fte \u00e2yette \u201cSen han\u00eef olarak b\u00fct\u00fcn varl\u0131\u011f\u0131nla dine, Allah insanlar\u0131 hangi f\u0131trat \u00fczere yaratm\u0131\u015fsa ona y\u00f6nel!\u201d buyurularak f\u0131trat ile din aras\u0131ndaki uyuma, f\u0131trattaki saf ve temiz yap\u0131ya, ayr\u0131ca insana da bu konuda g\u00f6rev d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne, yani onu korumak i\u00e7in gayret sarfetmesi ve iradesini kontrol alt\u0131nda tutmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine i\u015faret edilmektedir. F\u0131trat kelimesinin \u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee terminolojideki di\u011fer bir anlam\u0131 da \u201c\u00e2det ve s\u00fcnnet\u201dtir. B\u00fct\u00fcn peygamberlerin ve il\u00e2h\u00ee dinlerin do\u011fru ve g\u00fczel bulup benimsedikleri ve m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n yapmalar\u0131 gerekli olan din\u00ee \u00e2det ve uygulamalara da f\u0131trat denir (daha fazla bilgi i\u00e7in bk. \u0130bn S\u00een\u00e2, en-Nec\u00e2t, s. 116-118; Elmal\u0131l\u0131, VI, 3822-3824; Hayati H\u00f6kelekli, \u201cF\u0131trat\u201d, D\u0130A, XIII, 47-48).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2yetin \u201cAllah\u2019\u0131n yarat\u0131\u015f\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fme olmaz\u201d \u015feklinde terc\u00fcme edilen k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131, \u201cAllah\u2019\u0131n yaratmas\u0131n\u0131n yerine ba\u015fka \u015fey konamaz, alternatifi yoktur\u201d \u015feklinde anlamak da m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bu c\u00fcmle ile ilgili ba\u015fl\u0131ca yorumlar \u015f\u00f6yle \u00f6zetlenebilir: a) Allah\u2019\u0131n esas yarat\u0131\u015f\u0131 olan f\u0131trat\u0131n gere\u011fi d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karak onu bozmaya, de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye kalk\u0131\u015fmay\u0131n, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc onun yarat\u0131\u015f\u0131na bedel bulunmaz, zayi etti\u011finiz bir kabiliyeti hi\u00e7bir sanat ve \u00e7abayla yerine koyamazs\u0131n\u0131z. b) Allah\u2019\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 f\u0131trata uygun olmayan bir din uydurmaya, ahk\u00e2m koymaya kalk\u0131\u015fmay\u0131n. c) Allah\u2019\u0131n yaratmas\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015fkalar\u0131na isnat etmeye, ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 da yarat\u0131c\u0131 yerine koyup \u015firk ko\u015fmaya yeltenmeyin, zira Allah\u2019\u0131n m\u00fclk ve egemenli\u011fi sizinkiler gibi de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe u\u011frat\u0131lamaz. d) Din, f\u0131trat\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in de\u011fil f\u0131trattaki genel sel\u00e2meti geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7indir (Elmal\u0131l\u0131, VI, 3824-3825). e) Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2 insanlar\u0131 hangi f\u0131trat \u00fczere yaratm\u0131\u015fsa kendisi onda bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik yapmaz (\u015eevk\u00e2n\u00ee, IV, 257).<\/p>\n<p>31. \u00e2yetin \u201cG\u00f6n\u00fclden O\u2019na y\u00f6nelin\u201d \u015feklinde \u00e7evrilen k\u0131sm\u0131, durum bildiren bir yan c\u00fcmle oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in \u201cG\u00f6n\u00fclden O\u2019na y\u00f6nelmi\u015f olarak\u201d anlam\u0131na gelir; tefsirlerde bunun gramer a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan izah\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131rken ya daha \u00f6nce ge\u00e7en \u201cO do\u011fru dine y\u00f6nel\u201d c\u00fcmlesine ba\u011flan\u0131r ve \u00f6znenin Hz. Peygamber\u2019le birlikte b\u00fct\u00fcn m\u00fcminler oldu\u011fu kabul edilir veya \u201cm\u00fc\u015friklerden olmay\u0131n\u201d c\u00fcmlesinin del\u00e2letiyle \u201c(y\u00f6nelmi\u015f) olun\u201d \u015feklinde takdir edilecek bir ana c\u00fcmleye ba\u011flan\u0131r. Yine \u00e2yetin bu k\u0131sm\u0131na, m\u00fcn\u00eeb\u00een kelimesinin k\u00f6k anlam\u0131na g\u00f6re \u201cO\u2019na d\u00f6n\u00fcn, t\u00f6vbe edin; O\u2019na itaati s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcn\u201d gibi m\u00e2nalar verilebilir (\u015eevk\u00e2n\u00ee, IV, 258).<\/p>\n<p>32. \u00e2yet, \u00f6nceki \u00e2yetin son c\u00fcmlesini a\u00e7\u0131klamaktad\u0131r; bu da, dini ve f\u0131trat\u0131n gereklerini oldu\u011fu gibi kabullenmedikleri i\u00e7in onu b\u00f6len ve bu sebeple f\u0131rkalara ayr\u0131lanlar\u0131n da bir t\u00fcr \u015firk i\u00e7ine d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcklerini g\u00f6stermektedir. Tefsirlerde genellikle burada, de\u011fi\u015fik f\u0131rkalara ayr\u0131lan yahudi ve h\u0131ristiyanlar\u0131n, hak din olan \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131 terkedenlerin veya \u0130sl\u00e2m \u00fcmmeti i\u00e7inde bid\u2018atlar geli\u015ftirenlerin ve b\u00f6l\u00fcnmeyi k\u00f6r\u00fckleyenlerin kastedildi\u011fi yorumu yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Baz\u0131 m\u00fcfessirler ise (mesel\u00e2 bk. Beyz\u00e2v\u00ee, V, 46) burada ki\u015fisel e\u011filim ve tercihlerine g\u00f6re mabud se\u00e7ip ayr\u0131l\u0131k i\u00e7ine d\u00fc\u015fen m\u00fc\u015friklerin kastedildi\u011fini belirtmi\u015flerdir.
