T\u00fcm ibadet ve amellerimiz Kuran-\u0131 Kerim\u2019e g\u00f6re olmal\u0131d\u0131r ancak bazen akl\u0131m\u0131za tak\u0131lan dini a\u00e7\u0131daki baz\u0131 sorular\u0131n cevaplar\u0131n\u0131 Kuran\u2019da bile bulamayabiliriz. \u0130\u015fte bu noktada peygamber efendimizin s\u00f6zleri, ya\u015fam\u0131 olan hadislere ve s\u00fcnnetlere ba\u015fvururuz.<br \/>\nAyet, hadis ve s\u00fcnnetlerin farkl\u0131 kesimlerce de\u011fi\u015fik \u015fekillerde yorumlanmas\u0131yla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ayr\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ayr\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131yla birlikte mezhepler olu\u015fmu\u015ftur.<br \/>\n\u00d6ncelikle bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncede hemfikir olunmal\u0131d\u0131r; mezhepler asla bir dinmi\u015f gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnmemeli, g\u00f6sterilmemelidir. Mezhep kurucular\u0131 ise dinin koruyucusu ya da tebli\u011fcisi de\u011fildir. Yani her mezhep farkl\u0131 bir din olarak alg\u0131lanmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Mezhepler, \u0130slam dininin anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131, yorumlanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan bir \u00e7e\u015fit d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ekolleri olarak tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\nMezhepler aras\u0131nda ayr\u0131mlara gidilmeden \u00f6nce de\u011finelim ki esas olan \u015fudur: Din, ki\u015finin Allah\u2019a inanmay\u0131 ve inanc\u0131 do\u011frultusunda hareket etmesini gerektirir. Ba\u015fta da yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z gibi Kuran-\u0131 Kerim\u2019de dinimizle ilgili bilmemiz gereken \u00e7o\u011fu \u015fey yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ancak normal vas\u0131flara sahip olan M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar burada yazan her ayeti anlay\u0131p yorumlayamayabilir. Mezheplerin \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 ise bu g\u00f6revi \u00fcstenen alimlerin bu g\u00f6revi \u00fcstenmeleriyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\nMezhebin kelime manas\u0131, izlemek, gidilen yol, benimsenen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f demektir. Dini anlamda ise m\u00fcctehid bir \u0130slam aliminin kapal\u0131 ve kesin olmayan ayet ve hadisleri, \u0130slam\u2019a ters olmayacak \u015fekilde yorumlamas\u0131 ve bu konuda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm getirmesi demektir. Ba\u015fka bir tan\u0131ma g\u00f6re ise mezhep, herhangi bir dinin \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ayr\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan kollar\u0131ndan her birine verilen isimdir. Mezhepler ayn\u0131 zamanda dini ki\u015filik ve toplumlar\u0131n dine bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Alg\u0131layan ki\u015finin kendisine ba\u011fl\u0131 baz\u0131 sebeplerden dolay\u0131 farkl\u0131 \u015fekillerde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmesine yol a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r. Mehzebi k\u0131sacas\u0131 ayr\u0131m, farkl\u0131l\u0131k, k\u0131vr\u0131m olarak tan\u0131mlayabiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Dinlerdeki Mezhepler;<br \/>\n\u2022 \u0130slamiyet<br \/>\n\u2022 Budizm<br \/>\n\u2022 Hinduzim<br \/>\n\u2022 H\u0131ristiyanl\u0131k<br \/>\n\u2022 Yahudilik<br \/>\n________________________________________<br \/>\n\u0130slamda Mezhepler Ka\u00e7a Ayr\u0131l\u0131r?<\/p>\n<p>Bir\u00e7ok dinde oldu\u011fu gibi \u0130slam&#8217;da mezhepler farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterir. \u0130slam&#8217;da mezhepler F\u0131khi Mezhepler ve \u0130tikadi Mezhepler olmak \u00fczere iki ana gruba ayr\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130\u00e7eri\u011fimizin bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde hem F\u0131khi mezhepleri hem de \u0130tikadi mezhepleri derinlemesine inceleyece\u011fiz. \u0130\u015fte, \u0130slam&#8217;da yer alan Hak Mezhepler ve bu mezhepler hakk\u0131nda bilgiler&#8230;<br \/>\n1. F\u0131khi Mezhepler<br \/>\n\u0130slam dininde ibadet, evlilik, bo\u015fanma, ticaret, miras ve amel gibi konular do\u011frultusunda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan mezheplerdir. Bu mezhepleri k\u0131saca \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u0131ralayabiliriz;<br \/>\nHanefi Mezhebi<br \/>\n\u0130slam dininin s\u00fcnni f\u0131k\u0131h mezheplerindedir. Kurucusu \u0130mam- Azam diye adland\u0131r\u0131lan Ebu Hanefi\u2019dir. Hanefi mezhebi ilk olarak Irak topraklar\u0131ndan do\u011fmu\u015f, ortadan bat\u0131ya do\u011fru yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Abbasiler d\u00f6neminde ba\u015fl\u0131ca f\u0131k\u0131h mezhepleri i\u00e7inde yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Abbasiler&#8217;in y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131yla Hanefi mezhebinde bir gerilemeye gidilmi\u015f ancak Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019nin kurulmas\u0131yla birlikte yeniden canlanmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye n\u00fcfusunun \u00e7o\u011fu Hanefi mezhebine mensuptur. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, T\u00fcrkiye, Afganistan, Pakistan, M\u0131s\u0131r, Suriye, \u00dcrd\u00fcn, Hindistan, Bulgaristan, Yunanistan, Bosna Hersek ve Romanya topraklar\u0131nda ya\u015fayan M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu Hanefilik mezhebindedir. Hanefilik mezhebine g\u00f6re bir konunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc ile ilgili olarak ilk olarak Kuran ayetlerine bak\u0131l\u0131r. Ayetlerde konu ile ilgili bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yolu yok ise bu kez de s\u00fcnnete ba\u015fvurulur, peygamber efendimizin ya\u015fay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131, davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 esas al\u0131rlar.<br \/>\nMaliki Mezhebi<br \/>\n\u0130mam Maliki bin Enes taraf\u0131ndan kurulmu\u015ftur. \u0130htiyac\u0131 olunan ilmin Medine\u2019de oldu\u011funa inanan \u0130mam Maliki, ya\u015fam\u0131 boyunca kutsal olan bu peygamber \u015fehrinden ayr\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu mezhep ilk olarak Hicaz halk\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan benimsenmi\u015f, daha sonras\u0131nda hac g\u00f6revini yapmak i\u00e7in gelenler taraf\u0131ndan h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde yay\u0131lmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tamamen Hz. Muhammed (S.A. V)\u2019in do\u011frultusunda ilerleyen ve bu yolda fetva veren \u0130mam Malik, Maliki mezhebinin olu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131.<br \/>\n\u015eafii Mezhebi<br \/>\nKurucusu \u0130mam-\u0131 \u015eafi hazretleridir. \u015eafii mezhebi ilk olarak M\u0131s\u0131r&#8217;da do\u011fmu\u015f sonras\u0131nda Irak, Yemen, Suriye ve Horosan\u2019a yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde M\u0131s\u0131r, Suriye ve Irak\u2019taki M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu \u015eafii mezhebine mensuptur. T\u00fcrkiye topraklar\u0131nda ise Do\u011fu Anadolu ve G\u00fcney Do\u011fu Anadolu\u2019daki insanlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu \u015eafiilik mezhebindedir.<br \/>\nHanbeli Mezhebi<br \/>\nKurucusu Ahmet bin Hanbel\u2019dir. Kuran ve hadislerin \u00f6nde geldi\u011fi f\u0131khi mezhepler i\u00e7erisinde yerini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. E\u011fer bir konu hakk\u0131nda Kuran ve s\u00fcnnette kesin bilgilere var\u0131lm\u0131yorsa, buna en yak\u0131n yola ba\u015fvurulur. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde Irak, Kuveyt, Suudi Arabistan \u2018da bu mezhebe mensup M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar \u00e7o\u011funluktad\u0131r.<br \/>\n2. \u0130tikadi Mezhepler<br \/>\n\u0130tikad kelime manas\u0131 olarak aksine ihtimal vermeyecek bir \u015fekilde bir \u015feyi kabullenmek, g\u00f6n\u00fclden ba\u011flanmak demektir. \u0130tikadi mezhepler ise iman ve inan\u00e7la ilgili konular \u00fczerine yo\u011funla\u015fm\u0131\u015f mezheplerdir. Bu mezhepleri \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rabiliriz;<br \/>\nEhl-i S\u00fcnnet Mezhebi<br \/>\nHz. Muhammed (S.A. V) \u2018in yolundan giden ve bu yoldan hi\u00e7 sapmayan mezheptir. Bu mezhebin kayna\u011f\u0131 Kuran- \u0131 Kerim ve s\u00fcnnetlerdir. Ehl-i s\u00fcnnet mezhebi Kuran-\u0131 Kerim\u2019de ya da s\u00fcnnette ne buyrulmu\u015fsa ona inan\u0131r ve onu uygularlar. Ehl-i s\u00fcnnet mezhebi kendi i\u00e7erisinde iki kola ayr\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u2022 M\u00e2t\u00fcriddiyye Mezhebi<br \/>\nKurucusu Semerkand k\u00f6ylerinde Mat\u00fcrid\u2019de do\u011fmu\u015f olan Ebu Mansur Muhammed\u2019dir. Genellikle Hanefiler M\u00e2t\u00fcridi mezhebindedirler.<br \/>\n\u2022 E\u015f\u2019ariyye Mezhebi<br \/>\nKurucusu Ebu\u2019l Hasan E\u015f\u2019ari hazretleridir. Maliki ve \u015eafiler genellikle e\u015f\u2019ariyye mezhebine mensupturlar. \u0130ki mezhep de peygamber efendimizin s\u00fcnnetine uygundur.<br \/>\nEhl-i Bid\u2019a Mezhebi<br \/>\nHz. Muhammed (S.A.V)\u2019in s\u00fcnettlerini ve Kuran-\u0131 Kerim\u2019in h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini kendilerine g\u00f6re yorumlay\u0131p uygulayan kimselerdir. Yani bu \u015fu demek oluyor, s\u00fcnnet yolundan sapan, bid\u2019ata giren ki\u015filerdir. Bid\u2019at kelime anlam\u0131 olarak dinin esaslar\u0131na ters d\u00fc\u015fen her t\u00fcrl\u00fc davran\u0131\u015f, s\u00f6z ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce manas\u0131na gelmektedir. Peygamber efendimiz bir hadisinde \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir;<br \/>\n\u201c S\u00f6zlerin en hay\u0131rl\u0131s\u0131 Allah\u2019\u0131n Kitabi, yollar\u0131n en hay\u0131rl\u0131s\u0131 Muhammed\u2019in yoludur\u201d \u0130\u015flerin en k\u00f6t\u00fcs\u00fc ise sonradan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lanlard\u0131r. Sonradan \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131lan, uydurulan \u015feylere bidi\u2019at yani sapk\u0131nl\u0131k denilmektedir.<br \/>\nEhl-i bid\u2019a mezhebinin bir\u00e7ok kolu bulunmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u2022 Cebriye:<br \/>\n\u0130nsanda cuzi irade olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in se\u00e7me \u015fans\u0131n\u0131n verilmedi\u011fini savunur.<br \/>\n\u2022 Mu\u2019tezile<br \/>\nAkl\u0131n vahiden daha \u00fcst\u00fcn oldu\u011funu g\u00f6ren mezheptir.<br \/>\n\u2022 M\u00fcrcie<br \/>\n\u0130stedikleri kadar g\u00fcnah i\u015fleseler de \u201cLa ilahe \u0130llallah Muhammeden Resulullah\u201d dedikleri an cennete gireceklerine inan mezheptir.<br \/>\n\u2022 Haricilik<br \/>\nYaln\u0131z ve mutlak suretle Kuran-\u0131 Kerim\u2019de h\u00fck\u00fcm \u00e7\u0131kartmakta, Peygamber s\u00fcnnetlerini yok saymaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u2022 \u015eia<br \/>\nKuran-\u0131 Kerim\u2019in baz\u0131 ayetlerinin eksik oldu\u011funu iddia edenler ve d\u00f6rt b\u00fcy\u00fck halifeden Hz. Ali\u2019nin d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndakileri sevmeyenlerdir.<br \/>\n\u2022 Vehhabilik<br \/>\n\u0130ngilizler&#8217;in \u00fcmmeti b\u00f6l\u00fcp, da\u011f\u0131tmak i\u00e7in ortaya \u00e7\u0131kartt\u0131klar\u0131 bir mezheptir.<br \/>\nEhli Delalet Mezhebi<br \/>\nAllah\u2019a, peygambere ve ahrete iman konusunda sapk\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa d\u00fc\u015fen ki\u015filerin mezhebidir. Delalet, do\u011fru yoldan sapk\u0131nl\u0131k manas\u0131na gelir. Ehl-i Delalet ise Allah\u2019a, peygambere ve ahrete iman konusunda sapk\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f kimselerin mezhebidir. Durzilik ve Bahailik bunlara \u00f6rnektir. Bahailer kurucular\u0131n\u0131 ilah olarak sayarlar, namazlar\u0131n\u0131 o ki\u015finin \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc evin y\u00f6n\u00fcne do\u011fru k\u0131larlar.<br \/>\nMezhepler Nas\u0131l Ortaya \u00c7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ?<br \/>\nHz. Muhammed (S.A.V) hayattayken sahabeler etraf\u0131nda toplan\u0131r, merak ettiklerini, ak\u0131llar\u0131na tak\u0131lan her soruyu sorarlard\u0131. Peygamber efendimiz de Kuran-\u0131 Kerim\u2019in nas\u0131l yorumlanaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve ayetlerin ini\u015f sebeplerini tek tek bildi\u011finden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc en do\u011fru \u015fekilde yorumluyordu. Peygamber efendimizin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcyle birlikte sahabeler Mekke ve Medine topraklar\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Gittikleri yerlerde halk dini konularda bu ki\u015filere sorular soruyor, onlar da bu sorular\u0131 cevapland\u0131r\u0131yordu fakat her yerin kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc gelenekleri ve g\u00f6renekleriyle baz\u0131 meseleler bunlara uygun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fcyordu. Farkl\u0131 yerlere da\u011f\u0131lan bu sahabelerin yay\u0131lmas\u0131 ve uygulamalar\u0131yla zamanla farkl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\n\u0130slam mezhepleri, Hz. Ali ile Muaviye aras\u0131ndaki sava\u015f ve \u0130slam toplumundaki b\u00f6l\u00fcnme S\u00fcnnilik, \u015eiilik ve Haricilik \u015feklinde olarak ilk mezhepsel ayr\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 beraberinde getirmi\u015ftir.
